Ordering & Payment Methods
Ordering
For your convenience, we offer several different methods to submit your order. We accept orders placed online using our website. Or, if you want a more personal experience, we encourage you to call our office to place your order. One of our knowledgeable customer care representatives will be happy to take your order and answer any questions you may have. We also accept mailed in, faxed or emailed orders. Credit card information will be required to complete all orders.
Methods of Payment
We gladly accept the following methods of payment- MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Personal/Business Checks, Money Orders, VAC Gift Vouchers, and Net EOM Terms are accepted by special consideration requests.
Credit/Debit Card Transactions
When placing an order and using a credit/debit card as payment, the card being used will be authorized for payment when the order is submitted. The card will not be charged until the items have shipped. Out of stock items are processed and shipped as they become available. You will only be charged on the initial order for shipping.
Online Orders
For ease, convenience and purchasing history, we suggest using our online webstore to place orders. Create an account to see buying history and ease of reordering purposes.
Mail-In Orders

Fax-In Orders
If you prefer to fax your order, please send to (269) 963-0341 Credit card information will be required to complete all faxed orders.
Emailed Orders
When emailing orders, an Excel spreadsheet or word document is preferred. You may email your order to pvac@professionalapparel.com.

International Orders
For international orders, shipping costs will show as "To Be Determined". International shipping costs are based on weight, box dimensions and delivery location. We will calculate shipping costs per order and contact you for approval of the shipping method and costs before the order is fulfilled.
